Where any application is made pursuant to Section 14 or Section 15, the Enrollment Officer shall inquire into such application as prescribed and where he or she finds that the name of the applicant has been omitted from the Electoral Rolls or there is any error in the details, he or she shall prepare the
amended Electoral Rolls as prescribed by including the name of such voter or correcting the details as prescribed and publish the same within the time as fixed by the Commission.
